The KRS series hot gas burner produced by coyuan company is used as fuel with uncleaned hot dirty furnace gas, and the combustion air is mixed with multi stream swivel and gas. The mixture is uniform, the combustion is stable enough, the flame is short, and the high temperature combustion zone is easily formed and the heating capacity is strong. Because the air pressure is higher than the gas pressure, the high-speed jet air can proportionally inhale the gas, so the burner itself has a certain degree of automatic regulation. The series burner has the advantages of small volume, light weight, good sealing effect and convenient installation and maintenance.

Three. Installation instructions
1. the burner can be installed on the top of the furnace or on the side wall.
2. There must be no gap between the burner shell and the burner bricks. It can be filled with refractory clay or refractory fiber to avoid air leakage and protect the burner.
3. Firstly locate the burner and then connect the pipe. The burner should be strengthened and supported to avoid the movement of the burner in installation and use.
4. the nozzle and gas and air piping joints must be tightly sealed and not leak.
5. the direction of import of gas and air pipes can be determined according to specific conditions.
