The two-stage pyrolysis clean cold gasification is composed of a dry distillation gas generator, a gas washing tower, an electrostatic tar collector, an indirect cooler, and an electrostatic precipitator (or droplet catcher). This process has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, high gas calorific value, high tar productivity, simple operation, stable operation, and high automation performance. Moreover, the adaptability of coal types is wide, and various types of coal such as lignite, bituminous coal, and anthracite can be gasified.

This process not only does not discharge the phenolic water, but also enables the recycling and utilization of phenolic water, saving water resources. At the same time, through closed management, the odor control and tar control inside the station are upgraded, making the gasification clean and environmentally friendly.
