Phenolic water treatment:

  Phenolic water produced during the gasification and purification process of producer gas (gasification, gasifiers),  which comes from the incomplete reaction gasification agents and coal. Impurities mainly consist of solid particles such as coal powder and dust, and harmful substances such as benzene, toluene, and light tar. Based on the characteristics of phenolic water generated by gas stations (gasifications, coal gasifiers), our company has developed a set of phenolic water treatment with zero emission through years of research and experimentation, and has obtained a national invention patent.

  The phenolic water treatment reused the water through processes of precipitation, separation, filtration, conditioning, vaporization, and incineration. This system does not use external heat sources, reducing carbon dioxide emissions and running costs, and also making efforts to green and environmental protection.
