Coal gas generator(coal gas producer) is a gas production equipment that uses coal as the main gasification material and air and steam as gasification agents. There are two types called fluidized bed and fixed bed gasifier. Fluidized bed gas generators have complex equipment, high investment, and large gas production. They are generally mainly used in large gasifications, while fixed bed gas generators have low investment, stable operation, and large operating load adjustment. They are mainly used in small and medium-sized gas stations.

  After years of research and development, We have upgraded the equipment, automation, and environmental protection of fixed bed gas generators. We have changed the shortcomings of the normal two-stage gas generators, such as dirty, unpleasant odor, and phenol water that cannot be effectively treated. We have returned the gasification to an efficient, clean, and environmentally friendly track, which has been recognized by environmental experts from the Environmental Science Research Institute. We have exported gasifiers to POSCO Korea, Royce Australia, recognized and praised by users.
