Recently, the Tangshan City science and Technology Bureau issued the document No. 2014 [Tang] 32 in the whole city.
According to the regulations of the Tangshan City engineering technology research center and the key laboratory management measures (Tang Ke [2013] 59), the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau carried out the acceptance of the Tangshan City engineering technology research center and laboratory which entered the 2013 construction sequence, including the "Tangshan City coal" established by Tangshan Keyuan environmental protection technology and Equipment Co., Ltd. The 26 Tangshan City engineering and technology centers and key laboratories were named after the carbon gasification engineering technology research center. It also requires relevant science and technology management departments and universities and enterprises to give support and guidance.
