Coal gas producer(coal gasifier, gas generator) is a gas production equipment that uses coal as the main material, and air and steam as gasification agents. There are two types of fluidized bed and fixed bed gas generators.Fluidized bed gas generators have complex equipment, high investment, and large gas production,they are generally used in large gasifications, while fixed bed gas generators have low investment, stable operation, and good operating load adjustment,they are mainly used in small and medium-sized gasifications.

  Pyrolysis gasifier offers high gas heat value, high heat efficiency and tar recovery. It can replace 100 % natural gas keeping the same kind of automation. Compared with single stage gasifier and double stage gasifier, pyrolysis gasifier can be differentiated in terms of high gas heat value, high heat efficiency and tar recovery. Complete gasification takes places which results in more production of gasified gas.

  After years of research and practice, our company has carried out various upgrades to fixed bed gas generators, such as equipment manufacturing, automation, and environmental protection. We have changed the shortcomings of conventional gas generators, such as dirty, unpleasant odor, and phenol water that cannot be effectively treated. We have returned gas stations to an efficient, clean, and environmentally friendly road, which has been recognized by environmental experts from the Institute of Environmental Sciences. We have exported to POSCO Iron Co., Ltd. of South Korea, and Rose Co., Ltd. of Australia, and have received favorable comments from users.
